The Job Ready Program (JRP) is a skills assessment for international trade graduates, run by Trades Recognition Australia (TRA). It checks that your trade skills meet Australian standards — through real employment and a workplace assessment — so you can get a formal outcome, often needed for your migration pathway.
Do You Qualify?
To be eligible for the Job Ready Program, you need:
- An Australian qualification from a registered RTO
- At least 12 months of approved full-time employment in your trade (or the part-time equivalent)

Job Ready Workplace Assessment
Show your trade skills in a hands-on assessment and interview
Job Ready Final Assessment
Complete your required work hours and apply for your final result
